Registration Portal
Hello LCCA Families, Friends and Students!
Registration for LCCA is now open! The light blue Registration Form is due at this time with the registration fee of $250. There is a white handout in the packet that has fees for registration, supplies and tuition. The supply fee can be paid now or at the start of school in the fall before the first day.
The yellow Admission Form for doctors to sign will be due back before school starts or at the Parent Orientation with shot records, along with the lime green ACH Form and white Credit Card Form. The red Summer Camp Form for registration is also in the packet. Be sure and not delay on fall and camp registrations because our classes will fill up.
The white form is for Early Bird, the light green form is for Stay and Play and the white form is the Parent Verification Form that the new Parent Handbook was received and read. (Most of these forms besides the light blue registration form and red summer camp form, which are due now, will be due this summer or at Parent Orientation/ Meet the Teacher 2023.)
