Mrs. BeBe and Mrs. Ashley-"Mother/Daughter Team"


Mrs. BeBe and Mrs. Ashley are a “mother-daughter team” who share a passion for early childhood education and have realized their dream of owning, managing and teaching at their own private academy in Montgomery County, Texas.


Working together, Mrs. Ashley's experience in teaching and administration, combined with Mrs. BeBe’s extensive background in elementary education and literacy, provide a unique and enriching learning environment for young children at their school. Their approach includes small class sizes, differentiated learning, excellent highly qualified teachers, engaging creativity, critical thinking and fostering a love of learning. Mrs. BeBe’s belief in the importance of readiness skills for children entering first grade and above is at the forefront of their curriculum.


Mrs. BeBe and Mrs. Ashley  are not only committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children but also working closely with parents to ensure that every child is thriving and reaching their full potential. They share a love for their community and are dedicated to giving back through volunteering and community involvement. They attend WoodsEdge Community Church in The Woodlands, where Mrs. BeBe’s brother, Dr. Jeff Wells, is the pastor.


Overall, Mrs. BeBe and Mrs. Ashley bring a wealth of experience, knowledge and enthusiasm to their private school in Conroe providing children with a solid foundation for their future academic success.

Rebecca Wells Broussard

L.C.C.A. Administrative Director


Rebecca is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education and a Masters of Education in Supervision with a Reading Specialization, and Mid-management Certification. She taught kindergarten through 5th grade in Huntsville I.S.D., teaching multi-age classrooms as well. She was a campus administrator in Spring I.S.D. and Willis I.S.D., and also a central office administrator in Willis I.S.D. During her years as a public education teacher and principal, she was also a consultant for service centers and school districts throughout the state of Texas, teaching teachers how to do "reading/writing workshop and balanced literacy," which is now a state requirement. After leaving public education, she taught for Sam Houston State University for approximately 10 years in the education department as an adjunct professor teaching literacy/assessment classes to students who were about to graduate and begin their career as elementary teachers. Over the years, many honors have been bestowed upon Mrs. Broussard from various groups such as International Reading Association, Sam Houston Area Reading Council, New Jersey Writing Institute and S.H.S.U. for her work in literacy. She currently serves on the Willis I.S.D. School Board and has for 15 years, where she gives back to her community and school district. She also serves on the Lone Star Family Health Advisory Board of Conroe and is a member of The Republican Women of Lake Conroe. She is married to Rod Broussard. They live in the French Quarter on Lake Conroe and attend church at WoodsEdge Community Church in The Woodlands. They are proud of their 9 grandchildren, ages 1 year to 15 years. It will be a dream come true to work with her daughter, Ashley Fayle, owning, teaching and managing their own private early childhood center. She believes readiness skills are of the utmost importance for children entering first grade and knows L.C.C.A. can get students there through small class sizes, differentiated learning, excellent highly qualified teachers, engaging creativity, critical thinking and fostering a love of learning. 

Ashley Dawn Fayle

Ashley is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science in Academic Studies and a minor in Early Childhood Education. She taught first grade for four years in Conroe Independent School District at Reaves Elementary. Her last year to teach before having her daughter, Rebecca Anderson (Andy), she received the honor of Elementary Teacher of the Year for Reaves. She and her husband, Josh, both grew up in Willis and graduated from Willis High School. This past July they celebrated their 8th anniversary. She was previously the administrative director of Presbyterian Day School in Conroe, Texas, where she had been on the staff for four years starting as a volunteer, substitute teacher, aide and then teaching the older threes before becoming director. Josh, Ashley and Andy attend The Light Community Fellowship Church in Willis, where she volunteers for Kids Light once a month serving the first through fifth graders. Ashley loves working with children, parents and staff, especially in preschool. She has always dreamed of owning, managing and teaching at her own private preschool in Willis.
